Adaptive Selling AI Idea

Well, i was thinking of a sci-fi-ish robot that has adaptive and responsive AI.
The AI senses many information such as name, address, time the order was placed etc. and feeds it back to the online seller.

I am thinking of it having an appearance like a M-TD in Star Wars, a droid Lowbacca has. http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/M-TD

It will also scrape twitter and finance data scavenging for clues about new chance.
